Julie Walker, President of Northwest Cash Management Consulting (NW-CMC), is a results-oriented, career banking professional with 30 years of experience in bank operations and all facets of cash management. From large regional banks dealing with Fortune 500 companies to community banks and small, family-owned businesses, Julie has a diverse professional background that means she understands both the business and banking sides of cash management.

An Automated Clearing House (ACH) expert, Julie is enthusiastic and passionate about automating payment systems. She takes pride in educating accounting and treasury professionals about evolving bank technology and tailoring cash management solutions to her clients' individual needs.

As a visionary executive at a regional bank, Julie implemented the first completely web-based cash management solution in 1999, allowing businesses to view balances and transactions in real-time, transfer funds, initiate wire transfers and originate ACH files from one secure platform. In addition, her institution provided the first completely automated investment and line of credit sweep product offering businesses the optimum solution to maximize use of funds on a daily basis.

Julie currently serves as chair for the board of the Northwest Clearing House (ACH) Association and is a board member for the Northwest Association of Financial Professionals (AFP).

Julie lives in Auburn, Washington, with her two sons and is an active, environmentally minded community member.
